Why This Code Cant Make Overlay Item Appear In My Current Location

Hey i want to add an image to appear in my current location and here is my code i added overlay items but i want to add method or something like this to make an overlay item appear

Hey maybe you want to try that https://github.com/jgilfelt/android-mapviewballoons and modify it to show your images. I think this works great if you want to show additional content to a location.
